9:30 a.m. - Coaches/Rules Meeting (Site TBD)
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Practice Round Tee Times (All off Hole #1)
8:30 a.m. - Shotgun start practice round – players & coaches
5:30 p.m. - Range closes for players

7:30 a.m. - Range open
8:15 a.m. - Players depart staging for designated holes
8:30 a.m. - Shotgun Start 1st round
2:00 p.m. approx. - Shotgun start 2nd round matches
5:00 p.m. - Practice facilities close

7:30 a.m. - Range opens
8:15 a.m. - Players depart staging area for designated holes
8:30 a.m. - Shotgun Start 3rd round matches
5:00 p.m. - Practice facilities close

Tuesday, March 20, 2012

7:30 a.m. - Range open
8:15 a.m. – Players depart staging for designated holes
8:30 a.m.- Shotgun start final round matches Championship and Consolation
Awards presentation held immediately upon conclusion of event
